My name is Cleve. I’m glad you’re here, and I mean that simply, not as a marketing line. This page is where we begin to know each other.

As a Christian, I believe there is more to people than the surface, and more to a wedding than logistics. I’m drawn to the emotional truth of marriage: what it costs, what it promises, and what it looks like when two people choose each other in front of everyone they love.

This is why I photograph weddings. Not for aesthetics, though Kenya gives extraordinary material to work with, but for the privilege of being in the room when something true happens between two people.

I am a practising lawyer as well as a photographer. Two disciplines that look different but share the same foundation: observation, evidence, and the art of telling a story that changes how someone sees the world. A photograph, like a well-made argument, is most powerful when it captures exactly what is true.

I photograph weddings the same way i practise law, with complete attention. My couples don’t need to perform for me. by the time their wedding arrives, we already know each other well enough that the camera disappears into the background. What remains is the truth of the day.

Everything i do is to the Glory of Jesus Christ. That is not a caveat, it is the reason i serve each couple with complete attentione integrity, and care.
