Destination Weddings
If you are drawn to Kenya's coast, the white sands of Watamu or Diani, the ancient architecture of Lamu, the open plains of the Mara, your wedding deserves a photographer who knows these places as intimately as you will come to love them.
Elopement & Intimate Weddings
If the idea of a quiet ceremony, just the two of you, the open sky, and an officiant, speaks more to your character than a grand reception ever could, this is where you belong. The Masai Mara and the Indian Ocean at dusk. a lakeside in Naivasha with no agenda but the day.

Your engagement session is the beginning of our working relationship, the afternoon we spend together before the wedding day, learning each other's rhythm. It also happens to produce the most natural photographs you will ever have taken.

There is something different about holding a photograph. My father understood this, he kept albums from his own wedding, from our childhood, from moments I would not otherwise remember. The physical print does something a screen cannot: it stays. This is why every collection includes a fine-art album, a book your children and grandchildren will open.

Are you available for weddings outside Nairobi and Kenya?
Absolutely. Cleveland Photography is available for weddings and elopements across Kenya, East Africa, and internationally. Travel and accommodation details are included in your investment guide.
How long will it take to get our photos?
Your gallery is delivered within four weeks of your wedding day. A curated sneak peek of 50–100 images is sent within 7 days.
How much does a Kenya wedding photographer cost?
Cleveland Photography's Kenya wedding photography collections begin at KES 200,000 (approximately USD 1,550) for local Nairobi coverage. Destination wedding collections begin at USD 2,500. Kenya elopement collections begin at USD 2,000. Full investment guides are provided on enquiry.
What is included in a destination wedding collection?
A destination wedding collection from Cleveland Photography includes full-day photography coverage, a complimentary engagement session, a private online gallery with high-resolution downloads, print release, a 48-hour sneak peek, and travel within major Kenya destinations including Diani, Watamu, Lamu, Lake Naivasha, and Zanzibar.
How long will you be available on the wedding day?
That depends. For a normal wedding, it is full-day coverage from bridal preparations to a few minutes after your first dance. An average wedding day for us is around 10 hours.
For Indian or Islamic weddings, it is not the entire day but from the start to the finish of the functions of the day. On average, we are looking at 8 to 10 hours a day, which covers about 2 functions. That is the reason we don’t charge 2X for 2 days for Indian weddings.
Can we see a full wedding gallery?
Full wedding galleries are available to view on request. Please get in touch and we will arrange a private viewing.
How many photos do we receive?
You receive every great image from your day , fully edited and at full resolution. A full wedding day typically yields 400–800 images; an engagement session, 60–85.
Can you help us plan our Wedding?
Yes. We are delighted to assist with timelines, vendor recommendations, and the overall structure of your day. Planning well is how we protect the photographs.
Can we catch up in person?
We welcome the opportunity to meet, whether in person in Nairobi or via video call for international clients. A conversation before booking is something we strongly encourage.
We love your work; how do we book you?
To reserve a date with Cleveland Photography, submit an enquiry via the contact form or email cleve@clevelandphotography.co.ke. A signed agreement and 30% retainer are required to confirm the booking. Dates are held only upon receipt of both.
